Floral/Denim/Color

Oh spring, spring, spring! Not only is it my favorite season in terms of the weather, but I also love all of the fashion trends that come along with it. Let's review some of my favorite spring time trends; shall we?

Floral Prints: What I once considered a "grandma print" is now one of my favorite prints of all. Florals are the perfect way to add some spice to your closet and outfit. They're a great way to add a punch of color into a relatively minimal outfit! You could even be bold, like Prabal Gurung or DVF, and dress up in head-to-toe floral! The dosage of flower power is your choice, but however you wear it, I know it'll look good.

Denim: There are a few trends that never die, and I think denim is one of them. Denim is so versatile (jeans, shorts, shirts, jackets) and it gives off a casual/chic vibe. I can't tell you the number of times I've thrown on my denim jacket over a formal dress to make it more appropriate for a casual event. You can also go for the effortless look with a denim dress and accessorize it with your favorite belt (don't forget to top it off with a fedora)!

Bright Colors: This trend has Brad Goreski's name all over it! Get your colorful blazers, colored denim, and neon accessories out for this trend. It's always refreshing to see someone wearing a bright outfit on the street. Like florals, you can tai many different approaches to the trend. For instance, you can go all out and wear head-to-toe color. Some of my favorite color combinations include red/pink and turquoise/blue. But if you're a little shy with your colors, just pick one piece in your outfit (top, bottom, accessory) to be colorful!
